Cooleman Court will soon get a new lease on life, with the Centre to undergo a $12.4 million upgrade commencing in April 2008.

The nearly 30 year old Cooleman Court first opened its doors in March 1978 and will be modernised to provide better access for shoppers as well as adding a new ALDI supermarket and 10 new specialty stores.

Mirvac recognised the need to modernise the Centre and has developed a refurbishment plan to give it a refreshing new look.  The plan responds to customer feedback and will give customers even more reason to shop at Cooleman Court.

The redevelopment of the Centre will include:

-       Four new travelators to provide better access to the various levels of the Centre

-       A new passenger lift to provide better access to Level 1 and the Centre’s new ALDI supermarket

-       Refurbishment of the Centre Court area

-       Refurbishment of the Southern Mall and a new entry to the Centre

-       A new Parents room to be located in Centre Court

Trade will continue throughout the refurbishment continuing the convenient shopping offer for our loyal customers.  The improved facilities will ensure customers have everything they already love about Cooleman Court, plus a whole lot more.
