Cooleman Court is having a makeover!

It is business as usual at Cooleman Court during the $12.4 million refurbishment.  Construction commences in April 2008 with a planned duration of 14 months. 

The refurbishment includes: 

• Increasing the retail mix on the first floor
• Introducing new retailers to the centre, including ALDI
• Enhancing the existing Fresh Food offer of the centre
• Improving customer circulation and convenience with the introduction of four new travelators and a new passenger lift
• A face lift for the southern mall including a new entry and easier access within the centre
• Refurbishment of the centre court area including a new parents room
• Services upgrades throughout Centre 

The refurbishment is designed to ensure that you continue shopping at Cooleman Court and on completion you're going to love the difference. The redevelopment is due for completion in June 2009.
